This is the sketch of Lucy’s challenge day 4
This sketch is so versatile! I can keep making cards for ever using this as inspiration… so I had to make two 😉
This is my first take on this sketch
and a closer look to those cute owls
This card is also taking part in the “Basic Grey Project challenge” over at TwoPeasinaBucket
And now my second take on Lucy’s challenge
I have to admit I loved this one… playing with my distress inks is a favorite and the end results are always amazing. The main paper strip was plain white, stamped the flower with clear embossing powder and the rest is distress ink magic!
Here are a couple of closer looks.. no this is not white embossing, just clear embossing on white paper.
Supplies used for both cards:
You really do make it look like magic, Vicky! Love those pretty colors! And your owl card is so fun! Love that paper!
So neat how you can start with the same sketch and create such different cards. I love the OWL one, that’s a real favorite!
You have been busy……beautiful cards i love the owls and the detail too cute!!!
Beautiful cards!! So easy to do!!
Hugs
Hi Vicky! Love both of your sketches–the owls are so clever! A very Happy New Year to you and your family!
I love both of them, however I think the owl card is so simple and yet so cute. Adorable.
You always come up with the clever and cool designs. These are NO exception! LOVe them!
Hi, great cards (and super Blog!).
