Welcome to the second day of my weekly event featuring Avery Elle!

Today I made a birthday card using a fun technique on the frosting of the cake.

The sentiment is embossed in two colors and the cake is paper pieced. Each piece was treated differently using a number of techniques. I just love that cute little strawberry nested at the cake top.

And I could surely love a piece of a chocolate and strawberry cake right now!
