  1. Thank you for welcoming us into your craft room! It really helps me feel like a part of the group, as I live in a small town and am not able to get out much. I have a room with windows on three sides-great for light, but limits storage options, so I am looking for ideas on getting more organized. The more organized I am, the more time for crafting instead of digging for things! Once again, thank you so much for the time and effort you put in to share your knowledge, ideas and inspiration with us! Have a beautiful Sunday!

  2. I’ve been watching your videos for years–it’s fun to see where you craft. Does your window overlook the sea?
We recently moved after 18 years in the same home. My new craft room is slightly smaller, but I used the move to organize and pare down. I also re-purposed a beautiful oak cabinet with open shelves on top and closed doors below as my main storage unit. Instead of 3 windows with great natural light, I now just have one large window, so lighting became a priority.

  3. Wonderful! I am in the process of reorganizing my craft room as I want to concentrate on cards and paper flowers only. I have downsized many items so that if I am inpired to create a craft I do have some basic craft items to get started.
I am interested in a full time job like this too. Hae you made a video or posted information as to how you started?
Thanks for your creative and inspirational artistry!
    Have a great day!

  4. Thank you Vicky for showing us your craftroom. Its always fun to see where someone else creates.
I would love it if you did a Q&A video some time where you could answer some of our questions concerning art journalling.
    Congratulations to Amanda.

  5. LOVE your journal pages! I could watch your videos all day. (and listen to your great accent.)
Your drawer of shame is hilarious. We all have one. Mine extends beyond one drawer!
    Happy New Year!

  6. Great to see how you keep your craft room organized. Thanks so much for the tour! The billy shelves look like a great size and depth for a lot of storage needs! I obviously need to organize my adhesives if you can get yours in that small space! I am like you in that I need to see things to remember to use them but I like them tidied away. You’ve given me some fabulous ideas for reorganizing! I do put all my stamps into same size sleeves with the original package insert. I label the top edge of the sleeve so they are easily flipped through and I can see what stamp is in it no matter if it’s tall or short. But I haven’t got your massive collection of stamps to label! Hugs for all you do for us. You’ve taught me so much and are a super inspiration to me. <3

  7. Your room is wonderful, love how you’ve organized your supplies! I totally cracked up when you opened your ribbon drawer, so FUNNY!

  8. So much fun seeing you and your craft room. My craft room has my 25 year old son sleeping in it. I will just pretend I am visiting yours. Lol. Thanks for the tour. Seeing IKEA in a new fashion now.

  9. Hi Vicky! Thank you for this perfect sunday video! My craft room is always caos so it’s very interesting to see how others organize. I got inspired and belive I’ll make a trip to Ikea soon (how fortunate that it was Ikea which is so simple to find here in Sweden ?).
If you have the time sometimes it would be very interesting to ser more on how you store your dies.

Thanks again for the quick hello, it’s nice to see your face sometimes. Have nice coming week!

  10. What fun to see your craft room! I share your love of Ikea, and have some of the same pieces. I must say that I laughed out loud when you opened your ribbon drawer! I’m guessing that we all have at least one of those, don’t we? I know that I would certainly welcome this kind of video — a vlog — in the future. Thank you for bringing us into your world in so many ways!

  11. Love the simplicity of the containers and IKEA storage. It’s so fun to see where you craft after all these years of watching you on video. Thank you so much for sharing. I love the face to face videos you’ve done recently.

  12. Vicky, You are AWESOME! I am always inspired watching you. It always makes me smile when I open my email and there is a new message from you! Love, love, love your craft room.

  13. Loved the craft room view and really liked that it was REAL. You are highly organized but not repackaging every stamp rang a bell for me and I’m going to try to spend less time organizing and more time playing. Love your videos and your work and the way you present. Great teacher, wonderful inspiration, awesome imagination.

  14. I like the simplicity of your storage and how everything is in reach and still so tidy. Your lighting is fabulous! Your room is so bright and cheerful. Enjoyed seeing some of your past projects on display too. It was a fun little visit. Thank you for the tour.

  15. Lovely craft room. I am jealous as mine is much like a tsunami! I look forward to your posts. You are amazing. And as beautiful as you sound. Thanks for sharing.

  16. Vicki I so enjoy your card videos and this tour made me smile. I too keep all my supplies in clear containers on open shelves. And my ribbon storage looks just like yours! Thanks for the great tour.

  17. Drooling over your space, Vicky! I have many of the same drawer units and shelves, but I love your red buckets and see a trip to IKEA in my future! I wish I could keep my stamps and dies out like you do, but my shelves are full of paper files because I am generally a 12×12 scrapper. That said, I COULD weed some of them out for sure. Thanks so much for sharing your space, which makes your videos so much more personal!

  18. Hi Vicky: That was very nice of you to tour your craft room for us! Thank You! My favorite part was when the music started and wait – I think I heard screams – so cute, so fun! It made me laugh. Out loud! Denise

  19. That was fun, Vicky. What a fabulous setup you have! Just one thing – where was Ginger during this video?!?

  20. Love seeing your crafting area. I have a nice room, but it sure isn’t neat and tidy like yours. but I do find that I craft better when things are out and about in my room. I’m like you that I need to see things so I won’t forget them. thanks for this fun video.

  21. Dear Vicky, hi! Thank you for showing us your craft room! I really loved it! I wish I could do a similar job and work in a beautiful studio like yours 🙂 , it is so inspiring and joyful! Regarding the plastic semi-transparent boxes, I can totally understand you as I tend to forget the products that I don’t see too! Thank you for the video & yes I would love to see more! Sweet greetings from Athens!

  22. Nice job . I like all of the ikea products. We have them near by and I find they are reasonable in price and fun to use.

  23. Wonderful tour, thank you so much!

May I ask what the Bygel containers are sitting on? I have Bygels that are hanging on my Raskog cart but would love to have some the way you have them.

    Thank you!

    1. Oops,, I should have noticed before – I think you have the Bygel rails and Lack shelves, but you attached the railes to the shelves somehow?

My apologies and again, thank you for the tour. Your craft room is fun perfection.

  24. Yes, please we love to see your smiling face talking to us. Thank you for sharing your craft room with us. What a great space. I love your shelves and the clear box idea. I am very disorganized right now. I’ve had some problems with my legs lately so it’s hard for me to go up and down my stairs. My craft room is upstairs, so I have taken a “few” things into my dining area downstairs and made a “make shift” crafting area which really isn’t working very well. For one thing I have to clean off my table each night so we can eat. So I spend most of my time putting away and taking out. thanks for inspiring me to get organized.

  25. Ohhh what a lovely craft room, light, bright, and airy, and all that straightforward, easy-access storage. Thanks so much for sharing your workspace with us, I loved having a peek!

  26. Thanks so much for inviting us into your craft room! It is wonderful. I try so hard to get organized, it is always a struggle. What size are the Samla plastic boxes you use to store your stamp sets? I might give them a try. Again, thanks for sharing and all the inspiration.

  27. After all these years that I’ve been watching you, it was wonderful to see things thar I “know’ in their own space! It was a very nice idea and I hope for a sequel!
A question: how do you organize your papers? By brand or by color?
Happy new year, full of happiness and creativity,
    greetings from Drama!

    1. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τα καλά σου λόγια! By brand πάντα, αλλά αυτό γιατί δουλεύω με τις εταιρίες για promotions και με βοηθάει στη δουλειά μου.

  28. Thank you so much, Vicky! You have done a wonderful job of organizing! When we moved into our home 10 years am I was mainly scrapbooking but now I mostly make cards. Thus I really need to change my room because I’m always jumping up to grab something! Not efficient!
I appreciate your talent and your warm personality!

  29. Thank you for the video! It has given me some great ideas to organize my own craft room. Like you, I am a visual person, so if I put it away, I forget I have it! Your solution of using the clear totes is wonderful

  30. Hi Vicky,

Thank you for sharing your craft room. In my head, you are my new best friend. I love the creative process and I’ve learned a lot by watching your vids. I have organized my crafting space and now that I’ve seen your, I got a lot of great ideas…for example keeping stamps in the original packaging in clear boxes….by brand. It works! Thanks again, happy Sunday.
