Hi crafty friends. I hope my blog post finds you all well and safe. In Greece we have a general lock down… we even need a special permission to go out… so there is no better thing to do than crafting these days to keep me busy.
So today I have two videos for you! An unboxing and a project!

Oh … My … Goodness!!!! I absolutely adore your art journal and had so much fun watching you have fun with something that looks like so much fun!!!!! Those backgrounds are perfect with Marlene’s art!! This is a FANTASTIC collection/release from Marlene and I’m looking forward to ordering some of it. Wish I could get all of it!! And, yes, the doodle stamp set is already sold out. I will have to ask to be notified when it comes in again. A must have for my crafting and some of those stencils would be great to use with my gel plate. I’m looking forward to seeing what else you do with this collection. The die to make a little book caught my attention too. Hearing you read the definition of “meraki” gave me goosebumps. I LOVE that word and especially the meaning of it. Some great quotes in there. I hate to ask you to do something because you already do so much, but here it is. I’m wondering if you would consider using rice paper on a project. I’m very curious and interested in playing with them (Stamperia also has some beautiful rice paper), but I know nothing about it or how to use it. Thank you so much for the TWO! videos today. I very much enjoyed both of them … and I will be doing some crafting today! In AZ we are being asked to stay inside except for going to buy food or go to the doctor. Frightening times and crafting helps reduce the anxiety. Thank you, Vicky!

I love watching you create art journals! It is relaxing for me -AND- I don’t have to get messy! 😀 The steps are fascinating. The base colors, adding textures, defining, shadows and finishing touches- all are very interesting. I am amazed at how your mind works. It all comes together in a wonderful art piece. Awesome tag journal, thank you so much for the video! I really appreciate your videos! I had a crazy dream this week about being in either Italy or Greece and about a route from one city to another that ended yup being a tunnel through the mountain down to a sea side village. The tunnel was created from mining travertine. It was kind of a nightmare for me because I am in real life claustrophobic. To make things worse, I woke from the dream then went back to sleep and started right back in to dream about the 2 hour walk back through the tunnel back up to the mountain village. Is there any such place in Greece?????

I wanted the Mystical City stamp set but I see it’s already sold out. Your tag journal is amazing. . I loved the video, esp watching all the details at the end. Hard to choose my favorite pages, but I love the watercolor and brush pages w/ the quote you chose.
