Hi! The new Designer’s Choice die set by Tonic Studios has been revealed and today I have a fun video for you! We are going to take a close-up look on what’s included and I will also put together a gift card holder card.
The Designer’s Choice die set this month is called “Elegant Invite Pocket Die ( USA | UK )” and it includes 12 dies for the price of $19.99 ! You can use the dies to decorate cards, to make little boxes or go for the big project and create a cantilever box with lots of levels!

Here is the card that I made using the dies. The lovely design makes a front card on it’s own so I added some tny flowers and a sentiment.
The design would look wonderful with any color at the back and you can also go tone on tone with a dark shade at the back and a lighter at the front. I chose to go with that lovely blue color and get a lot of contrast.
I added my white panel with foam tape on top of the bluw cardstock. Having that dimention there really makes a dfference and helps that design pop even more.
For the inside I created a little pocket where you can slide in a gift card or even money!
Here is how it looks with a gift card inside. You still have room to write your personal message which will be revealed when the recipient removes the gift card.

so wonderful!
Fantastic card. Love the dies. Be healthy and be safe.
Love that blue! Reminds me of the new Distress color (Speckled Egg)!!! (I have that color on the brain after watching the reveal!!!) Just got my Designer die that makes the boxes so I’ll be playing with that. Lately I’ve been into making pockets on journal pages. This would be helpful and add something pretty and interesting. Thank you, Vicky!
Gorgeous. As always. You make magic!
So lovely! Thanks for sharing.
