Hi! Today I am playing with dies, lots of them! All from the latest Spellbinders release designed by Simon Hurley!  All sets from this release are so versatile, they are go to sets that can be used through out the year.  I put together a card using 3 of the 4 new sets so you can see them in action.

I am a big fun of dies and lately I tend to use them more and more compared to stamps. The results are always stunning either you choose to go with colored cardstock, patterned paper or white to add color on your own.

I love the big bold flowers that make a statement and they are the perfect focal point. They are the  In Bloom dies ( SBC | SSS )

As for the background that cover die is just stunning. It is the Spellbinders Stained Glass Window( SBC | SSS ). You can choose to use it plain as I did and not with a stained glass effect as it was intended., still looks gorgeous!

  1. LOVE the stained glass die set! I can imagine using acetate with alcohol inks for a true stained glass effect– I cannot wait to get my hands on that die set 🙂

  2. Fun looking card! I’ve been repeatedly reminded this week — including through your video — about making shaped cards. I think I’m getting a message to try making a shaped card!!!! Thanks for the video, Vicky!
