A new art journal page today and today I am following my 7 steps method to art journaling. I came up with those steps to help everyone who want to start art journaling but doesn’t know how. But remember, there is no art journal police, use the steps as a starting point and make it your own!

here is a close up look where you can see the background better. Although the rice paper is so thin it still adds texture and interest just by cutting it out into rectangles
Check out the texture I got by using the embossing powder over the volume paste!
