Blogging is slow these days, as I am spending the summer with my family at our beach house. But I had to share a quick post before I head back to the sea, since the temperature here today is 37 °C (that’s 99 °F for my American friends)! YIKES!
Another SimonSaysStamp release is out with awesome ink pad colors, stamps and dies!
And since summer is my favorite season, I had to create yet another summer card using this adorable stamp set!
The idea is very simple, I just colored the little girl and used the dies to create waves. Then you just assemble everything as if the girl is swimming.

Am glad that you are enjoying the summer with your family but that is way too hot weather for me!! yikes!! We’re having a cool summer this year in Sweden. Just had a few days of a heatwave so far… I am not complaining lol cause I can’t stand too hot weather!

Such a sweet card, Vicky. Wish I had more time to relax near the sea. Instead, I’m stuck in my home office, working. I wouldn’t be able to do it without my mobile A/C unit, though. The temperature in our living room is 30 °C right now. Looks like this hot weather will continue for a few more days.

The card is most adorable and just makes me smile. The little duck head you added to the floatie reminds me of one that my son had when he was a little guy playing in the pool – he loved that floatie. Thanks for bringing back such a sweet memory.
