Hi ladies! I am officially back from Chicago and I had the time of my life!!!
I met SO MANY TALENTED LADIES including my two best online friends Deborah and Kathy!
Here is a photo of me in scrapbook heaven! First time ever buying stuff from a real store and not online! Check the smile on my face! LOL!
and here is another one when I had to eat for the first time American style ribs! Ha!
Oh yes! It was fun being there! Unforgettable!
Stay tuned cause I’ll be posting more photos soon!
Hugs
Such fun, Vicky! You must have felt like a kid in a candy store for the first time. 🙂
Glad to hear you’re home safely, Vicki, and thanks for the pictures. I’m so glad you had a good stay here. Looking forward to more pics!
I’m so glad you had a fun time, Vicky! Can’t wait to see more photos! I can only imagine how you must have felt in that store. . .like a dream come true!
I understand how you feel while we do have some craft stores here in Canada not nearly as many or as big as the ones in the US so I love going to all the different stores! Sounds like you had such a good trip can’t wait to hear more!
Yay! I’m so glad you had fun! Isn’t Michael’s wonderful?!!? I’m looking forward to seeing more pics. What was your fav food you tried?? Was this trip your first to the USA?
Lovely pics. Your smile in the store look like mine…just like a kid in a toy store. Its such a whole lot of fun…looking forward to more photos:)
Yep – from just 2 photos I think you can see what a great time was had in the US! Is that Michaels – heard so much about that store.
yes it’s Michael’s! Heaven on earth! lol … well after CHA cause THAT was AMAZING! So many products, inks, papers, designers, companies in one place… I can’t get t out of my little head!
lovely pics so glad you have a fun trip you give me a lot of envy here in spain there is no shops like this lol =O
So nice pictures! Glad you had a great time 🙂
It looks like you had a wonderful time!! I hope you had some really GOOD American ribs… because it totally depends on which restaurant you visited. Some restaurants make great ribs and some (even though they say they do) just don’t. My husband and I have searched out what are supposed to be the best ribs in cities we have traveled to, and it’s amazing how bad some of them really are.
Your trip to Michaels looks like fun. I hope someone also gave you a coupon to use! LOL! We American Michaels shoppers are addicted to their coupons!!
So, now I’m anxiously awaiting your next card tutorial. I enjoy them so much!!!!
oh the ribs were soooooooooooo yummy!! Don’t worry Deborah and everyone else I met there made the best they could to have a great time there! And yes she gave me tons of coupons for Michael’s and Joann’s LOL!!! Thanks!
How fun to see your smiling face enjoying some of our American specialties; ribs and Michaels! I’m so hoping you will be coming to winter CHA, I’d love to show you around Southern California!
I remember the first time I was a craft store in the USA….it was an eye-opening experience!! I am sure you had sensory overload~ BUT hey, it’s the BEST, isn’t it? That rib sure looks yummy and yes, not all of them tasted as good as they looked!! Aw… wish we could have had a meal together!!!!
