Hi everyone!
I promised a mid week video but I had to skip that and save it for today. Extended family visited, fun times but no time for crafting nor making an extra video. So here is the card I have for you today, using papers and flowers included in the August SimonSaysStamp kit.
Check out the Sizzix Alterations border die and the velvet flowers! Love them! Here are a couple of close-ups.
You can enjoy the video here or at my YouTube channel in HD.

Another gorgeous creation, Vicky!! thanks for all your tips about securing the acetate! LOVE this card!
Hi Vicky,
I am glad, that you and your (extended) family enjoy your vacation by the sea. Thanks for finding the time to make all those lovely and cheerful cards. I especially liked the velvet flowers and the mason jar in today’s card. It was pretty smart of you to adhere the acetate to a sticker as well as some foam pads. I have collected plenty of acetate, but how to glue it on-invisible- has always been a mystery to me so far. Thanks for all your helpful hints.
Have a good week and I look forward to next Sunday.
Best regards
Gisa from Germany

Thank you for visiting.
Love your card, Vicky! i’ve been using acetate (saving all those lovely plastic inserts and packaging for years now). I’ve even used it as a shrinky dink in the oven to shrink it into a small bottle I made. I also buy transparency sheets and print on them. This is great if you don’t have that jar stamp. You just find a jar gif image online and print it out. Really cute idea,Vicky.
Love the card and the stamping on the acetate. Just gave it the right touch! This is just oh-so-cute. Enjoyed the video!
Vicky, you are amazing! I love the card, and when I saw how you put it all together, WOW!
