Happy Sunday everyone!

I have the pleasure to have in my hands the new Halloween set “Boo to you” and it’s packed with lovely images. It can be used in so many ways and here are a couple!

SUPPLIES:

InLinkz.com

I used distress inks from the Fall seasonal collection by Tim Holtz, which I think make the best combination of colors for Halloween cards.

Here is a closer look to Card 1 : “Happy Halloween”

You can enjoy the video on this card below or at my YouTube channel in HD.

And here is a closer look to CARD 2: “Best Witches”

For this card I have a step by step tutorial with photos on how I made the background and how everything came together.

First I used distress inks to make the background

And then I applied some ink on my crafting mat and sprayed with water.

I dabbed the paper here and there and here is the result. Love it!

Using my T-ruler I draw two lines with my pencil. This is where I am gonna adhere two small strips of paper for the shelves.

I stamped the images with black ink to make my little scene. Looks like s witch’s house, doesn’t it?! Ha! So much fun!

Then I stamped the same images on white cardstock, colored them with my Distress markers and cut them out. Yes I know… 7 little bottles … ha!  but you know me, I love cutting while watching a movie. What really makes the difference on this card are the white accents. So make sure to use your white gel pen to make those little bottles pop!

Here is the finished look again

So you made it all the way down?! WOW!!! Hope you had fun and got inspired!

Can’t wait to read your comments! It’s the best part of my Sunday 🙂
