We’re all ready for Spring. Are you? This month’s card kit, Friendship Flowers is the perfect kit to get you in the mood for flowers blooming and Springtime weather.  I am super excited to share a couple of cards I made while playing with the kit and to be part of this blog hop. So many talented designers are sharing their projects and they welcome spring using an adorable stamp set and a collections of lovely supplies! Take a look at the Card kit:

MARCH

So here is what I’ve created!

CARD #1

This card is based on the same idea as the card I shared yesterday. I used the little envelope and added lots of colorful butterflies that I punched out from the kits patterned papers. Some gems and a couple of stickers and my card was ready! The sentiment is also from the stamp set included in the kit.

and here is a closer look to those yummy butterflies:

CARD #2

And this is my second card. In this one I wanted to keep everything flat as I keep making dimensional cards that are a bit hard to mail. On this card I used a strip of masking tape to cover the middle part while I was stamping the flowers and the leaves all around. I then removed the masking tape and stamped the sentiment. I added some shading on the stamped images using my pencils and I also adhered a couple of yellow strips for more interest.

and here is a closer look tho those stamped images

And if you want even more inspiration using this kit, check out my previous post  where I made another couple of cards and I also shared a how-to video.
