Welcome to the 3rd day of my week featuring Penny Black stamps.

Another birthday card for today! But this time I kept the colors more neutral than what I did for Day 1. This way you can use this card for a boy or a girl!

I used the stamp set “Time to celebrate” which is just packed with the cutest images. It was so hard to pick which one to use!

For my balloons I added shimmer with my aqua nuvo pen and then covered everything with glossy accents. It is hard to catch that in the photo but the glossy accent locks the glitter inside and it’s not only glossy but sparkly as well. Looks amazing in real life!

For my little cat I just had to go with oranges…. I can’t help it since I have a ginger cat.

And as I wanted to keep the background neutral and subtle I used an embossing folder to add polka dots.
