Have you seen the April release by MFTstamps.com ?! Another release packed with something for everyone. You can see the close-up video I shared on the products of the release in this post. But this post is all about inspiration! So I am putting most of the products into use and here are my 8 cards for this month!
card 1
This is a must have stamp set. One of the best to create lovely scenes and have fun coloring. It’s the BB Rain or Shine stamp set ( MFT | SSS ). I combined it with the Die-namics Cloud Shaker Window & Frame ( MFT | SSS ). The Peacock Feathers Confetti ( MFT | SBC | SSS ) really took this card to the next level too !!!
card 2
How fun is this card? In real life this piñata is moving due to the wobble underneath (check the video). To create this guy I used the Die-namics Piñata ( MFT | SSS ). The sentiment is a die cut using the Die-namics Fiesta ( MFT | SSS ).
card 3
A lovely mothers day card. I combined flowers from the Bold Blossoms stamp set ( MFT | SSS ). These actually create the letter O. I combined it with the Die-namics Mom ( MFT | SSS ). A clean and simple card but so lovely. The sentiment on the label is from the All About Mom stamp set ( MFT ) which is packed with sentiments perfect for mother’s day cards.
card 4
how adorable is this card?! Perfect to send out to a friend across the pond. I used the Toad-ally Awesome stamp set ( MFT | SSS ). The idea is that this frog is actually floating on the pond. The background was created with oxide inks on watercolor paper. Love the effect!
card 5
I love creating little scenes on my cards. And for this card I used the Die-namics Birdbath ( MFT | SSS ). I wanted to give it a marble look and feel so I used the Marble Background ( MFT | SSS ) from an older release. The lovely birds, leaves and sentiment from the A Tweet Hello ( MFT | SSS ) complete my card.
card 6
The graduation season is not too far away and here is a card design for both boys and girls. The sentiment is from the Tassel Time stamp set ( MFT | SSS ). It’s the good old emboss resist technique. But to make it more interesting I added a tassel I made myself. It’s in the details…
card 7
Here is another card where I used that shaker cloud window. This time I combined it with the Stencil Mini Raindrops ( MFT | SSS ) and Pink Peony Nuvo Mousse ( MFT | SBC | SSS ). The lovely confetti inside the window is a mix of two different jars from the Cross My Heart Nuvo Confetti ( MFT | SBC | SSS ).
card 8
And here is a card that looks complicated but it was super quick to make. The dimensional flowers were made by using the Die-namics Loopy Bloom ( MFT | SSS ). I used paper to create them but make sure to check out on the mftstamp website how they look out of felt! totally different look and so many ideas using this die. The background was made by using the Die-namics Horizontal Collage Cover-Up ( MFT | SSS )

Vicky, love, love, love all your cards today! All so nice and “springy”! I’ve narrowed my favorites down to three! The little girl in the rain is so precious! They’re all fabulous! I really like the pink cloud and the graduation cap, and the birdbath is genius. You have such a good imagination when it comes to using supplies.
