I have papers that I’ve never really known what to do with that would suit this style so I’m going to try some of the techniques
What a great card and so loving. I’ve tried your “trick” to make slits when distressing paper and I love the look of it. I keep forgetting to try putting some paper behind it (as you did in the video). That look is so great too! And what a great idea to layer the butterflies for dimension!! Everything you create is so beautiful. I especially love your mixed media journal pages,. They are so vibrant and fun, I find myself rewatching many of them over and over. Right now my favorite one to rewatch is one with multicolored rain boots and a beautiful sky blue background. You’re voice is also very calming while watching your videos.

I really like this card. It is very elegant. What is the tool that you use to scrape the edge of the paper? I really watching you finish off the edge of the paper with the cuts–added so much character and interest. Very nice.
