next stop

This is the last stop on the hop! You can start the hop from the beginning at the Waffle Flower blog.

  1. Oh my gosh, Vicky! So beautiful, as always! I would not have thought to add the bit of text and gold splashes prior to heat embossing. Love it and can’t wait to try these techniques! Thank you!

  2. Gorgeous card! You can almost feel the cool, crisp fall air and hear those leaves crunching. Just amazing.

  3. As always, your video tutorials are helpful and inspiring. Thanks for sharing this technique using the stencil from the release.

  4. Fall is my favorite season. I love the colors and your card really highlights them. What a fun technique to try. This is a beautiful card! It would have looked really nice without the brown background coloring but the coloring really took it to another level for the season!! Thank you so much for the video. See you Tuesday!!

  5. Vicky, I posted my comment on the Waffle Flower blog,,,but wanted to make sure that you saw it too:
You saved the best to last – Vicky’s fall flowers – is the perfect card for fall. I loved it so much I actually purchased the stencil and a few more items – which is very rare for this retired low incomer. Had I not seen what Vicky did on her card, I would never have thought that a stencil could be the base os such color, drama, brightness and delight. Thank you!

  6. Your imagination is amazing! I love this card! By the way, I have your birdhouse dies and love making cards with them.

  7. This is such a stunning card. Thank you for the inspiration. I have several ideas running through my head for cards from just watching this video! This looks like a great release!

  8. As I commented on the YouTube video, This is stunning! Fall is my favorite season; mostly because of the colors like these on your card!

  9. Your fall card is just gorgeous! Beautiful design and colors! Love the leaves! I’m exited to watch your video and see how you created this awesome card!

  10. What a gorgeous card, love all the techniques and color that you used to make the card. I really like watching the leaves appear with the embossing also. I need to do more of that on my cards.
Thanks for the wonderful video showing how you created your card.

  11. Beautiful card! I’d like to see it without the brown background, too (as a final card). Might need to get that stencil!

  12. Vicky, that card is stunning. I honestly had not noticed that Maple Leaf Stencil before, but now I NEED it! I agree with you on heat embossing — after years of crafting it’s still my favorite technique. Watching the embossing powder melt it magical!

  13. Dear Vicky – I was not sure about taking the beautifully colored leaves and adding the Vintage Photo but once you put the Black Soot over the Vintage Photo, I started to see the wisdom. That made the leaves POP. So pretty!! You have inspired me to do some stamping for autumn today!
Thanks!! I already placed a WF order but would place another if I am a winner!
