Spring card | Waffle Flower February release

Happy February crafty friends! Today I am playing with new products from the February release by Waffle Flower. And since we had winter for so long… let’s make a spring card to fight those winter blues! I had so much fun creating this card as it combines many all time favorite cardmaking techniques including stenciling, die cutting and inking.

For this card I used the Daisy Background Stencil Duo stencil set to create the background, that looks like a patterned paper. Imagine all the possibilities by using different color combinations!

I love a big sentiment, it always adds to a card and the combination of two different fonts is so pleasing to the eye! I went with black for the letters and white for the outline since it helps it pop agains the background. This is the Hello Spring Word Die

To add interest and dimension on my card I just had to create a 3D flower using the Layered Daisy Die .
