Hi! I am back with a mixed media tag today for more inspiration using my new collection “Secret Diary”. This is the first of a series of 4 tags that I will be sharing using the main focal points of the wooden shapes.

Here is a look on the mixed media tag!
Check the gorgeous stenciling with the paste at the background! And the warm printed colors on the wooden shape! I just love her, isn’t she gorgeous?!
The steps are simple but when you look at the finished tag there is so much going on! Stamping, bush strokes, pastes, papers, wood!!! Crafty happiness!

What a fun tag to celebrate your collection! Love all the dimension. I’m not a fan of the color green, but I do really like the color green you used and never would have thought to mix a bit of blue into it to get something other than a turquoise! The stencil looks so intriguing and I’m looking forward to receiving and playing with it. I just love the delicate image of it. In this instance I really like the wings on the girl next to the quote about liberty. Quite fitting in my opinion! I think tags like this would even make a great gift tag to go along with a gift. In all my years of crafting I have never seen a collection that so perfectly matches my taste, personality and/or home decor style. I have been gobsmacked and delighted ever since I got the first peek at your collection yesterday. My only “complaint” is that the release and my frantic ordering of items comes just before I leave on a trip!!! Hopefully all the ordered items will be waiting for me when I get home and will give me something to look forward to when I get back. Thank you so much for the video and for the collection! P.S. For the first time ever I’ve ordered an 8×8 AND a 12×12 paper pad!!
I love this collection. My order from SSS just arrived and I can’t wait to start working with it. The blank tag that you start with, do you make your own blank tags or do you purchase them? I love the shape of them. If you make your own what paper do you recommend using to create them? I hope this collection is around for a bit as I have more products on my with list. Thank you for creating such a beautiful collection and for all the inspiration you share.
It’s quite interesting! Thanks for sharing!
