  3. LOVE the challenge and how your presented your process today!! It helps me get out of wanting to buy what you used and get creative using what I have in my overgrown stash, including using bits and pieces of leftover rice paper. Reminds me I have an old clothing pattern that I’d like to try using as a background on a project. It also reminds me to try techniques I’ve see you use before but either tried and forgot or haven’t yet tried. (The other day I was putting together a mixed media piece and the focal point and background were fighting with each other for attention. Then I remembered the technique of using gesso and water to push the background into the back. It worked!!) Thank you so much, Vicky! It’s so great to have you back again!!!
