Hi! Today I am sharing my 10 cards using supplies from the May 2018 card kit by SimonSaysStamp. Make sure to join the GIVEAWAY at the bottom of this post!

For my 10 cards today I tried to keep everything simple using supplies only from the kit. I did have to use some basic supplies from my stash though, such as adhesive, black ink etc.
card 1
When you work with big and bold sentiments a great idea is to use the resist technique. The EVERYTHING TOGETHER stamp set is packed with such sentiments in a beautiful handwritten font. Here I white embossed the sentiment and then added some inking with my distress oxide inks.
card 2
The kits comes with 2 ink cubes in lovely colors. I used those to stamp leaves and flowers from the EVERYTHING TOGETHER stamp set. You ccan create your very 0wn patterned paper this way… just leave enough space to stamp your sentiment.

For this card I used the TAKE HEART stamps. this a tiny little stamp set but so gorgeous. It’s size makes it really economical to get and think of all the fun you will have coloring these images with your favorite mediums. Today I went with the Tonic Nuvo Watercolor Pencils . I also popped up some of the flowers to add dimension.

Here is a card combining the patterned paper and the Puffy Stickers in the kit. Everything is chosen carefully to match and these are actually from the same collection. Super easy and quick but so gorgeous!

Here is another quick card combining patterned paper with the epoxy stickers this time. Just stamp your sentiment and you are good to go in a couple of minutes!

How fun is this card? If you notice the designs on this patterned paper also come in the kit as puffy stickers. So I just used them on top to bring them in life!

One of my favorite patterned papers is this one with the randomly stacked squares. It’s so unique and it comes in two colors in the kit. All I did was to white emboss my sentiment and embellish it with a few hearts and white dots.

The papers in this kit are so gorgeous that you don’t really have to do a lot. Here I combined two of them, stamped a sentiment and used an epoxy heart Done!

Here is another gorgeous paper. Blues and yellows is my favorite color combo and I didn’t want to cover up this paper. So a simple sentiment on the side with a few dots here and there was enough. The yellow puffy heart brings everything together!

finally for the last card I used one of the patterned papers that is full of motivational quotes. Lovely to sent to someone to lift their spirits. Embellish it with a few of the puffy stickers… an you are done!

I always love the SSS Card Kits and this is one of my favourites. However, I cannot afford to order it because of the shipping cost mostly. Since I have found SSS I always wait until I have saved enough and then make a bigger order. This is when I bought the Altenew Stamp set that I was using in the card I wanted to post here. However, the app doesn’t accept any link that had been posted before (IG, flickr, blogspot, facebook). I have tried 45 minutes now and giving up. lol.
