Today I am sharing just a few of my favorite fall color combos when it comes to distress oxides. I am using the “smooshing technique” to demonstrate them and I end up with a lovely fall card. Remember these color combos work with other techniques and you can end up with smooth blended backgrounds that would look equaly stunning!

The colors you used look so pretty together, definitely fall colors. The embossing folder is very unique, looked great as part of the card. I really do love the smooshing technique it makes for an interesting background. Thank you Vicky!
Gorgeous colour combo’s Vicky, there is no season that have so much colour variation as fall.

Love this card!! And you’re right – as soon as you put the leaves on the dark brown cardstock … WOW! I love fall colors (my favorite) and the ones you chose are beautiful together. Thanks very much , Vicky, for the video and idea!!

hello I absolutely want to buy the distress oxide pad, I would like to know if when the ink runs out it is possible to refill it with the same color and obviously the same brand. I have seen the version of ink in bottles is it the same type of ink as the pad version or not? another thing, I see different measures of the pad, the format is always 7.5 x 7.5 but then the number next to it changes, like 36, 38 etc., what are these numbers? thanks ava
