Yeah! Friday already and time for another challenge over at Lily Pad Cards. This time all you have to do is make a card (or more if you like) using embossing (heat or dry). There are no product restrictions nor limits on number of submissions! So go ahead and play along. You might be the lucky winner to get this gorgeous stamp set by The Craft’s Meow.
Here is my card for the challenge.
I used my distress inks to apply three different colors on white cardstock to make the background. I embossed on white cardstock the flower and the leaves and used distress ink also to color them out. A button, a thread and some 3d foam adhesives are the finishing touches.

I’m new to your blog… would love to know exactly how you colored the flower and leaves with the distress inks. Since you embossed the image, did you watercolor with the inks or some other technique? Very pretty card!!!
