HI Vicky – This is a great design! Love the new stamps and the blending. I have a question about the Matt Medium. When you use it for the top of the buildings do you end up covering the whole page? or just the buildings? I find when I use it to adhere the images and then cover the images that is slightly changes the color of the background. Do you find that? or do you just cover the whole page?
