wedding card

Today I am back with a wedding card ! This time of the year we all need these cards and so I went for a really elegant design.

For my wedding card today, I used products from the latest release by SimonSaysStamp that’s called “Cherished“.

And here is my lovely card

To create my card I used Glimmer Paste over the “heart mandala” stencil. Perfect for a weeding card right?!

I also used one of the borders from the “twisted stitched border” set to add the beautiful scalloped edge. And to finish it off I just had to add a ribbon.

The sentiment was creating after mixing and matching words from the “thoughtful messages” stamp set and I embossed it for that extra special touch. I kept my wedding card monochromatic and that’s a perfect tip to keep your cards elegant looking. But I know it would also make an amazing wedding card if you worked on white cardstock with gold or silver glimmer paste!

What is great about this design is that it is versatile and can be used as an anniversary card as well!
