What fun pages! As others have said, so whimsical and fun. I just love how you to went along with the whimsy of Marlene’s style (like on the page with the mountains)!! Mostly I appreciate — and paid attention to — how to bring a page (or pages) together so they work together rather than separate pages. I still struggle a bit with that so watching and listening to you explain that (again!!) is really helpful. I also really appreciate the encouragement to be myself in an art journal. I have been finding — since doing mixed media projects — that I am discovering aspects of my own personality and making more and more projects that reflect me. It’s been an interesting and amazing journey. And I would rather art journal than write in a journal!! Self expression in a form that works for me. Thank you so much for the video, Vicky!!
