stamperia provence project

It’s mixed media Tuesday and today I am back with a shadow box. It’s an easy project to create if you follow along and you don’t need many supplies. It provides great inspiration also to create something similar with any scrapbook collection that you love. Just watch the video to find out how!

I created my shadow box inside a wooden panel but you can create something similar on the back of a normal canvas.

I mainly used papers and cut out pieces from the Provence collection by Stamperia (please find links below the photos).

  1. Love the soft violets in that paper pack! All the images are so lovely, I don’t think I could bring myself to cut them.

We had a wet snowfall on Easter Sunday, so I’m hoping your project makes spring come to us 🙂

  2. So … so pretty! Love the lavender. How genius to use cardboard to pop up elements! I will definitely be trying that out. It seems it would be sturdier that craft foam and give more lift. Perfect for a deep shadow box. Usually I use small, inexpensive wood blocks, but I can’t find them in the craft store any longer and am running out of the ones in my stash. Now I can rest easy again because there’s an alternative!!!! Yes, definitely, I love your shadow box and/or canvas projects. Your videos on this type of project really helped inspire and motivate me to move beyond card making; the projects are so much fun; and the ones I have made and kept make a great touch around the home. Thank you, Vicky.

  3. Oh my goodness that shadow box is beautiful. I love the elements you get from that paper pack, the pitcher and watering can are so pretty! I watch and save all of your videos so more shadow box videos are fine with me! Thank you Vicky!

  4. Stunning shadow box Vicky, totalle love it and I won’t mind it at all if you do more often a shadow box.
Stamperia has such beautiful paper collections.
Thank you so much for sharing this inspiration, stay safe and have a wonderful day.

I have a question about your reverse tweezers I had hoped that it was on your supply list but it wasn’t. Can you tell me the brand of the tweezers, this one has such a nice point. Thank you so much in advance.
