A double page art journal today using lots of my favorite techniques. The inspiration for this layout came from the new Stamperia collection Magic Forest designed by Antonis Tzanidakis.

Make sure to check the step by step video tutorial as I share so many tips and tricks while creating my layers.

  1. You truly out did yourself with this spread. The paper collection is gorgeous, the colors are perfect and all the layers are magnificent. Thank you for the video and for all the tips and explanations along the way! Bravo Vicky………job very well done……I love it!

  2. Gorgeous! I really like how you changed her from an elf to a human!! Love the leaves tied to the key too! Great idea! I’ve tried the acrylic paint background technique a couple of times, but still need more practice with it. Mine end up coming out more like marble (if I’m lucky!!) than blended. I also really like how the glue blurred the black ink! Really adds to the page!! Looking forward to trying your technique of sanding off some color from the volume paste. Haven’t had a chance to try it yet. The tinting with the big brush markers adds so much … takes her to another level. Thank you so much for the video, Vicky!
