  1. I have a hard time with layering stamps. This is the perfect solution. Your card is beautiful!

  2. What a pretty card! The fine gold frame adds elegance; the background 3d folder adds an element of modernity; and the pink flowers are classic! One of these days I hope to remember to try your idea of layering flowers because I really like the look. These layered stencils that are hitting the market are so very tempting. What holds me back from trying them is that I love to color with colored pencils and I wouldn’t get to do that with the stencils. I’ve been telling myself “no” for a while, but watching you work with this set in particular makes me want to break my own restriction!! I could see doing a bunch of stenciling and making a background for a mixed media project. Hmmm…!! I’m also becoming more interested in maybe trying the glue. I’ve been looking for a good glue with a truly fine tip for exactly what you used it for in this video. Thank you, Vicky! Have a great day.

  3. Why do you always make it look so easy?
I love the added texture with the splatters and the flower gem centers. Layered stencils are the best invention! They produce great results with little effort– much faster than layered stamps.

  4. Wow Vicky, what a gorgeous card!
Love the fun technique of those stencils, I don’t own a layering stencil like that so I just have to be on the look out at my craft store!
    Thank you?

  5. Hi, Vicky – Your work is always first-rate! This is a beautiful stencil and I love that the die coordinates with it to make multiplying the numbers of blooms easier. Love that thin frame!

  12. LOVE!! You make such stunning cards! I really, really like that embossing folder! It’s a must have! Embossing folders are really making a comeback. It seems we all bounce from beautiful papers to beautiful embossing folders, and then back again. It’s all fun to me and a wonderful way to share love and kindness! That’s a beautiful thing too!
