Today’s card is quick and easy to make. No fuzzy cutting and no coloring!  It was carefully made by thinking how it can be mass produced.

A great advice when you want to make many cards of the same design is to use die cuts as your focal point. You just pass the die with 3 or 4 papers at the same time through your die cutting machine and you are ready to go!

Want to hear something funny? When I  finished the card I picked it up to admire the shimmer … and then the card fell from my hands on my desk…. upside down… and the “red stickles” on the berries wasn’t dry yet! Such a pity my camera wasn’t ON to share the #@$%#$^ scream and the mess on the card… you can still tell at the photo above… although I did my best to clean it and added stickles again.

Why, oh why am I always so inpatient?

I keep doing this with enamel, liquid pearls, glossy accents and stickles. NO, nothing is perfect in my craft room. BUT video editing is my best friend!!! HA!

  8. Oh Vicky, your card is gorgeous even though these little mishaps happen. I am relieve though that is not only happens to me but to others as well. I thought I was the only one especially when almost finished with a card. Beautiful and love the colors.

  9. Lovely card! I am glad to see I am not the only impatient stamper out there. I have done a lot of funny things not waiting for my stickles to dry!

  10. Thanks for the great tips and video about creating some quick but beautiful cards (cannot wait for my own curved edge die to arrive). Glad to see that you managed to salvage your card.

  11. So very pretty!!!

I do that all the time with Stickles and Glossy Accents, etc. My friends laugh at me and know that I will touch it or mess it up before it’s dry. I have a theory that has never been proven wrong yet. I think that the drying of Stickles or Glossy Accents is directly proportional to the need to touch it. In other words if it were to dry in 30 minutes you would need to touch it at 25 minutes. If it should dry in 10 you will need to touch it at the 8 minute mark. I have myself proven this to be a fact many, many times! LOL!
