An art journal today after a long time! It has been highly requested so today I have a Christmas themed one.
For my layout I played with fluid acrylic paints by Decoart and Distress Oxide inks. I also did some die cutting and used the cityscapes and Santa die cuts as my focal points.
I had lots of fun creating my background by mixing different shades of blue and by adding splashes. I added some golden touches too that added that extra something to the page.
For the moon I used my distress oxide inks and I demonstrate how easy it is to get that texture just by using two ink pads.
For my quote I went with a fun one, that makes me smile when I see it! I combined chipboard letters and printed words for that.
