The idea came from the new Funky Toadstools( SBC | SSS ) dies. In this project I paired them with paper dolls while playing with proportions.

Having the boys interacting with the mushrooms (sitting on top or leaning on them) helps them become a part of the scene even if they are black and white. Love how combining these elements together make them appear so small … which brings us to the quote of this project, emphasizing the word little and adding a ruler at the bottom…. to measure things!

I love the results, the colors and the boys with the dog!

  5. How do you do it? Another great project!!! I just love the quote, how it ties into the images and the oxymoron! How inventive! I “saw” you in Tim’s live last Saturday! I really like the paper dolls and ordered some of the new ones. They’re fun to use. I have struggled with what to do with the little ones so your video gave me some ideas. Thanks so much again for another great video. Much appreciated. P.S. Today I was telling a friend who lives in California (and who is another fan of yours) about your steam punk owl. I just love that project.
