Happy Thanksgiving to my US friends! Hope you are having a great day with your loved ones!
Today I am back with 6 Christmas tree lights using Sizzix dies! (there is a great Sizzix sale today so scroll down for all the info)
It’s a lovely decoration idea as well as a great Christmas activity with your kids and grand kids. I am actually planning to make lots of them with my kids during the weekend. My son’s school organizes every year a Christmas bazaar and all the earnings go to charity. Fingers crossed our trees are going to sell out and bring lots of money for a good cause!!!
For all the trees I used the Sizzix – Tim Holtz – Tree Light( SBC | SSS ). It comes with dies to create two different sizes of trees that fit on top of a battery operated tea light. It also provides different dies to cut out the little holes so you can use the stars or the circles to customize them. For decorating my trees I used patterned paper, ribbon jingle bells and cut outs from the Sizzix – Tim Holtz – Funky Festive( SBC | SSS ).

Hi Vicky – love love love your trees – I have also been making lots of these to try to sell at a Christmas Fair for North West Cancer Research !! I have already sold some to friends – everyone seems to love them so good luck selling yours too !!!!
Oh, Vicky, these Christmas trees are just awesome. I am sure they will be best sellers at there bazaar! I hold craft sessions at the Senior Assisted Living center where my Mother resides and this would be a perfect craft for them! Thank you for bringing theses dies to our attention as well as your video. Without your YouTube channel, I wouldn’t know what to do!
These are fantastic trees!! 🙂
Love your trees. I,m sure they will do great for your bazaar.
I am sure they will sell out!
These trees are awesome Vicky and I think that on the charity event you will be completely sold out in no time. Thanks for sharing this great inspiration video.
I especially like the tree with the Jingle Bells!! Good luck with the bazaar and I hope you and your family have tons of fun making them. Would love to hear how they sell. Thanks for the video and the Thanksgiving wishes.
Beautiful! Just Beautiful! and even more so because they are for your sons school bazaar! I’m sure you will sell out. I miss those times – I’m retired now from a school. You know I still have items from bazaars over the years and I pull them out with the rest of the holiday decor! Your trees may last a lifetime! Denise Happy Holidays!
These are so lovely! These are going to sell quickly at the Christmas fair. Thanks for sharing with us.
These trees are so pretty! I like the different cardstock, patterned papers and embellishments you used to make them. I imagine these went over quite well at the Christmas bazaar! Thanks or sharing this idea.
